CEI Admissions, Recruitment & Advising is open open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
We process all new applications and admit new students to the college, face-to-face, virtually, or over the phone. This includes helping students understand the admission process, identifying needed items for admission, as well as where to find them, or how to complete them. We also assist the new student with onboarding to the college, which includes accessing all the needed CEI computer accounts and planning and registering for classes (virtual new student orientation). We also work with current students to advise them and ensure they are on track to graduate on time.
We are available to schedule appointments in person, over the phone, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.

The Falcon Food Pantry is open and available for students, faculty, and staff. The Food Pantry also has household and hygiene items available. Please contact CND in Building 5, room 591 or call 208-535-5363 to access the food pantry.

College & Career Readiness (CCR), helps students earn their GEDs or prepare for college courses. We also teach English as a Second Language (ESL) classes.
The College and Career Readiness Center is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. On Fridays, we are open from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM for general questions and information.
We have an orientation on Monday mornings at 8:15 AM and Tuesdays at 5:30 PM for new students. This lasts 20 minutes. New students will then be scheduled for a free pre-test to be placed in the appropriate classes.

Hailey Holland provides short-term mental health counseling services to students who request it, via video conferencing or face-to-face, upon availability.

The Office of the Registrar is open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We are available to schedule appointments in person, over the phone, as well as via Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
If you need any help with forms or exceptions for registration, please visit our office, inside Student Affairs in Building 3. We process district and state residency forms, evaluate transcripts and CPL material, and process general petitions and transfer equivalency petitions. We also ensure FERPA compliance, release CEI transcripts, and process 10th Day attendance, midterm and final grades, and graduation each term. Additionally, we plan graduation and can assist with graduation-related questions.
We will continue to work closely with other departments when student issues arise.

The Testing Center's Summer Hours are:
Walk-in exams are welcome at the CEI testing Center. However, it is highly recommended that students and candidates register for exams by visiting the CEI Testing Center Webpage, by going directly to https://www.registerblast.com/cei/Exam/List. Students can also follow the link to the Testing Center through their CEI apps page. Pre-registered candidates will be seated before walk-in exams during peak times. Walk-ins may have to wait longer to take an exam, so must be aware of what time the Testing Center closes as tests must begin with enough time to be completed before closing. All exams will need to be submitted, regardless of progress, at the close of the day.
