Evaluation is an integral part of the continuous improvement process. It is the methodology of the college to use multiple modalities in assessing the success of a faculty member. Evaluations occur during the spring semester and are performed by the appropriate instructional dean. These evaluations are linked closely to CEI's mission and core themes.
