You are required to take a placement test to enroll in math and English classes. Below are the required scores:
- Accuplacer and ALEKS scores are good for 2 years: SAT and ACT scores are good for 5 years
- Math placement: Placement for math is required in order to take a math class. If students do not meet the minimum score but still want to take their desired math class, they will be required to meet with an academic advisor.

You will be required to take an additional one credit lab for both English 101, math 143 (college algebra), and math 153 (statistical reasoning). You can also take math 108 (intermediate algebra) without a lab even if you do not place into it.
