Finance and Administration

The purpose and objectives of the departments administered by the Vice President of Finance and Administration are to support the President, faculty, staff, and students of the College in fulfilling the mission and core themes of the College. The Finance and Administration division manages the College's resources, including personnel, finances, inventories, capital assets, and infrastructure.

Byron Miles

The Vice President of Finance and Administration (VPFA) is a member of the President’s Advisory Council and the Executive Council. In addition, the VPFA is a standing member of the Board of Trustee Finance Committee and meets with the Board of Trustees as part of the President’s leadership team. The VPFA is the College's Point of Contact with State of Idaho departments, including the Department of Financial Management, the Department of Public Works, the Legislative Services Office, the State Board of Education Chief Financial Officer, and the Division of Career and Technical Education Chief Financial Officer. Areas of responsibility include Budgets, Accounting and Business Office, Procurement, Facilities and Operations, Security, and IT Services.
