What is a transcript?
A transcript is a record of all courses for which a student enrolled and completed each semester.
The transcript includes:
- Credit hours with semester and overall totals
- Final grades in each course
- Any course withdrawals
- Notations for course repeats
- Any transfer credit and courses
- Prior Learning Assessment/Credit for Prior Learning
- Semester/Term GPA’s
- Cumulative/Overall GPA
Requesting Official CEI Transcripts
Payment must be received before a transcript can be sent. Transcripts will not be issued if there are any holds on the student’s account. For questions regarding academic transcripts, please contact the Registrar’s Office.

Can be ordered through their GED Testing Service

Transcripts must be requested from WTCE. Please reach out to WTCE staff for additional details.
Transcript Charges
Transcript fees vary by delivery method. Electronic transcripts cost $11.40 and must be ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse link above. Processing typically takes one to two business days.
For official mailed or pickup transcripts, the fee is $10.40 whether ordered online or by paper form. Processing for mailed or pickup transcripts generally takes 7-10 business days.
View Your Unofficial Transcripts
Current students can view their unofficial transcript in Self-Service (SS), where it can be downloaded, printed, or emailed.
After a student leaves CEI, unofficial transcripts can only be requested in person. The fee for an unofficial transcript is $2.
Transcripts from Other Schools
CEI does not provide certified copies of transcripts from other institutions. Transcripts from pervious college that are submitted for admission become part of the student’s official record. Students who need official transcripts for coursework completed elsewhere must request them directly from the institution where the credits were earned.
