Introduction

Welcome to College of Eastern Idaho! We wish you success in your new job, and hope that you feel quickly at home. As a valued staff member, know that your unique strengths are recognized and appreciated.  Please take some time to familiarize yourself with the CEI mission statement and core themes; your commitment to these values is critical for our success.

This employee handbook contains key policies, benefits, and expectations of CEI, and other information. One of your most important duties your first few weeks is to absorb everything. Get to know the CEI culture, the working and communication styles of your department, and your department’s goals. Do not be afraid to ask questions; you are learning about new processes, projects, and people, and you need to get up to speed.
