Certified Family Home (CFH) - Hybrid Course

This comprehensive training course is designed for Certified Family Home (CFH) providers in Idaho to equip them with the essential knowledge and skills required for safe and effective medication administration. The course covers a range of topics to ensure that providers can manage medications responsibly while adhering to state regulations and best practices. If a resident’s needs exceed the curriculum in this training, the CFH provider/substitute caregiver may be required to complete and pass the “Assistance with Medication Course” which is also offered through WTCE.

This Certified Family Home course consists of online material and a one-day in person session. Please note the following important details: Online coursework: You are required to complete and pass the online material before attending the in-person class, you will have roughly a week to complete the material. The online material must be completed by 12:00 AM, two days before the in-person class date. You have two  attempts to pass the quizzes and exams with a score of 80% or higher. If you do not pass after the second attempt or fail to complete the online material by the deadline, you will need to re-register and pay to take the class again.
