The College of Eastern Idaho expects to charge Bonneville County taxpayers about $15 per $100,000
in assessed value in 2018-2019.

State Board of Education Transfers Campus to CEI

The College of Eastern Idaho will soon own its campus and buildings, clearing the way for new
construction there meant to speed up the rate at which nurses can graduate from the nascent

Idaho Falls — College of Eastern Idaho (CEI) and Idaho State University (ISU) have signed their first articulation agreement to facilitate the transition of business students from CEI to ISU.
Students seeking a business degree will now be able to start at CEI and complete an Associate of Arts in General Studies then easily continue at ISU to complete a Bachelor of Business Administration.

College of Eastern Idaho President Rick Aman has been named to the Western Interstate
Commission for Higher Education.
Gov. C.L. “Butch” Otter made the appointment. Aman is one of three Idaho representatives on the
commission, occupying the seat that was formerly held by J. Anthony Fernandez, president of LewisClark College. It is a four-year term.

Boise — The newly created College of Eastern Idaho gave its first presentation Monday at the Joint
Finance-Appropriations Committee, which writes the state budget.
