Ray comes to CEI with an MBA in

After consultation and deliberation with the College Board of Trustees and
Administration, CEI announces a mandatory face mask requirement in all

design concepts for its new Future Tech building. The College is aggressively
fundraising for the state-of-the-art facility and hope to complete the project in late
2023 or early 2024.

It’s not worst-case scenario stuff. The 18-month dropoff was 8.7%, but administrators feared a 20% decrease.
