College of Eastern Idaho’s Workforce Training Apprenticeships Earn Federal Recognition

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho — College of Eastern Idaho (CEI) is excited to announce that two of its Workforce Training and Continuing Education (WTCE) apprenticeship programs, in electrical and construction, have been awarded federal recognition through collaboration with Idaho Business for Education (IBE).

Construction Combine Brings Opportunity for Students, Employers in Driggs

On April 20-21, the College of Eastern Idaho will be hosting a Construction Combine at the parking lot of its Driggs outreach center.
The two-day event will not only put tools in the hands of students and young adults, exposing them to valuable skills in the trades but also provide local contractors with the opportunity to recruit help and give back to the community.

Associate Register Nursing Program Now Fully Accredited

Idaho Falls – The associate registered nursing program at the College of Eastern Idaho has been granted initial accreditation by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing.
